I’m visiting a friend in Katoomba for the weekend so googled “best coffee in Katoomba” and Fidelity came up. SO GOOD! I love the hidden gems up laneways that rely on word on the street. I like my coffee strong and full bodied and it didn’t disappoint. I just grabbed a coffee so didn’t look at the menu but what I saw looked good and a very tempting display of pastries
Really amazing coffee. Filter coffee is sublime. We had the Costa Rica, the Peru Geisha, and prodigal. Wonderful experience. The crew are also super chill - love talking about coffee and sharing their art. They also do really great matcha latte. Unsweetened (but you can add sugar or honey).

This place offers a full menu of superb coffees, prepared by true professionals who extract the best from their high-end bean selection. I had two batch brews — one fruit-forward and sublime, the other a Kenyan washed variety that was still excellent. Excellent pour over! Delicious fruity notes from their Columbia / Tanzania blend. Obviously devoted to quality here. Maybe best I had in my month in Australia. Also great for road warriors. Indoor seating, power outlets for laptops.
The team are welcoming, friendly, and have a real love of excellent coffee. The venue is very clean, open and airy with a lovely modern feel. They clearly love their craft and take time to make sure each coffee is prepared with perfect ratios using a very scientific process. They’re prepared to guide you through the process and have an excellent decaf option as well. Don’t be afraid to order the 1+1 like I had or a coffee flight. They also sell coffee making equipment and organic juices.
Best coffee in Katoomba and Blue Mountains. Staff are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They are clearly passionate about what they do and the coffee they roast and serve. Highly recommend a visit - or two - as you won’t find better service and vibe within cooee.
Katoomba is so lucky to have gained an amazing cafe in the area. The owners are really passionate about coffee, people, and community. The service is warm and genuine. I visited this coffee place back in November and have been delaying my review. However, this place is a MUST GO in the World's best places for coffee. I can't even begin to explain how good this place was. Their 'specialty' coffees are just different/phenomenal. As a coffee aficionado, I enjoyed this like no other place I've been and though I live on the other side of the planet, it is a certainty I'll go back to this place.
Best coffee I have had in the area. You can tell it’s going to be good when you walk in. Friendly staff, reasonable prices for the type of coffee you get. Simple and delicious selection of pastries, the croissant was incredible. Nice little spot outside in the shade to sit and enjoy your coffee too.
